Ant Download Manager - User Guide

Microsoft Internet Explorer

MS Internet Exlorer is an outdated browser. We no longer support or develop the extension for this browser, but you can still use the old version of our extension antIE.dll.
Select Integrate into MS Internet Explorer menu item.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer integration AntDM has two modules:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ant Download Manager\antIE\antIE.dll" -  the 32x native interface between Internet Explorer and AntDM.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ant Download Manager\antIE\antIE64.dll" - the 64x native interface between Internet Explorer 64 and AntDM.
In Windows Vista+, Internet Explorer 7+ runs in Protected Mode, which helps protect users from attack by running the Internet Explorer process with greatly restricted privileges. Protected Mode significantly reduces the ability of an attack to write, alter, or destroy data on the user's machine or to install malicious code.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Ant Download Manager\antMR.exe" - broker process allows Internet Explorer to perform elevated operations given user consent.
Attention: If you use OS Windows Vista+ you must always allow work antMR.exe process.
Please see Ant Download manager - Addons. We try to keep this web page up-to-date regularly.
